St Anthony Chest

There is a chest here that you cannot reach. I have captured the settlement and there is no renovation to be made. In the video it shows the mine where the chest is open, for me it is closed with a wooden partition, a shrapnel grenade will not work either.

Any help appreciated!

Renovations in a region only unlock once the fort or assassin HQ has been defeated (ie. the map border for this region turns green).

Once renovated, the mine becomes accessible
