What does Initiates do for me?
What's the use of it in context to this game? I have never used this before.

On the main menu, there is an option called as Assassin's Creed Initiates. If I click on it, it takes me to a Ubisoft website. Supposedly it adds content to the game but I'm not sure what it actually does because it wants me to sign up separately while I'm already on UPlay. I haven't signed up yet.

According to the Assassin's Creed Wikia page, it was a side project that has been officially retired as of Sept 2016..

I don't think you can do anything else with it now.
