I also can't take you too seriously given your comment about the original game, which is objectively untrue.

That is because the PC version is based on the PS4 and
Xbox One versions which featured enhanced Visuals such as better foliage and water among other things, whereas the PC version of Rogue is based on the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, as there was no current gen release of Rogue at the time.
