Need help :Is the templar legacy pack dlc works on uplay from steam?

Hello i have assasin's creed rogue the standard edition on uplay but i want all of the content in the game and im missing the fort de sable mission and the armour which are on the templar legacy pack on steam.I don't have the game on steam but If i buy this pack here will it be activated on my uplay copy of the game?

No i don't have the game on steam. I have it on uplay but the uplay store doesn't have this dlc so my question is if i buy the dlc here from steam will it be activated on my uplay copy of the main game?

Looks like the answer is NO!! If you get the Steam version it's not compatible so I just deduce that applies in reverse.

I bought all 5 Assasains Creed on Steam, and AC Rogue I didnt add any DLC I earnt them.and I got the templar uniform
It was bonus when I had completed all the maps and treasures
It was on a ship.
The Altairs swords was an achievement when I found all the tablets in Abstergo lol.
There is another bonus when completing fixing all computers.
I am 100% in everything.
