can you use more than just one ship?
i am about to finish black flag and i might get this next, but can you use more than just the morrigan as your ship

You can only use the Morrigan, similar to how you can only use the Jackdaw in Black Flag.

You do get the wheel of another ship for a mission other than the Morrigan but don't want to spoil any more than that for ya.
