I'm having the same issue, I've already sent a message to Steam Support and also to Ubisoft Support but they're being tossers and not replying. I hope someone who knows what's the matter replys to this thread.

Mine were activated automatically. I linked my Steam account with UPlay.

if you want to activate the dlc for the steam keys. then when you click assassins creed rogue. dont press play but on the right should be a list of things like support. there should be all of the steam dlc activations that you have bought

click CD key. it should show a list of the activations so that you can copy and paste them

Unable to activate it on Uplay... and I cannot find the activation key.

Hey there malocite!

I'm sorry to hear that you're being asked for a game key when launching Assassin's Creed: Rogue. I'd first recommend checking out this support article.

Additionally, if this doesn't help to resolve the issue, please can you try the following:
Navigate to the Ubisoft Game Launcher cache folder, by default located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache

Open the cache folder and move the "ownership" folder to a safe location. Once you have backed up that folder, delete the "cache" folder.

After deleting the cache folder, please verify the game files within Steam. If an issue is found, you will be given the option to Repair, click Repair. After repairing the issue, please verify the game again until no issues are found.

When this has been completed, try launching the game again.

If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to update this thread.

Not the same person, but I am experiencing the same issues. I just did everything in the support article, and now the things you have just suggested. Still don't have access to the DLC.

I reach via chat and the person told me he is not UBISOFT also no solution at all for this particular issue , if you guys are going to sell something thats broken and no one gives a f**** about fixing it then dont sell this anynmore
