Lost Treasures and Characters

Today I lost half the character roster and a bunch of the treasures I had purchased to unlock

yeah they had rotation, a lot of free heroes and treasures was add to rotation and unlockable.
So half the starter of both are now buyable or in rotation.
He can be see has a downgrade, but it force people to not select top meta heroes and treasure to not dillute the draft and it's nice when you are trying to climb to not fight everytime the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ strat over and over again because they min max the RNG by unlocking specific treasure or heroes.

I had purchased the entire game roster of heroes, and the "meta" treasures, characters that i had bought got relocked. Same with treasures. I had to repurchase mysticism tome and patron rod when they were the first 2 that i originally purchased.

First purchase had 3 heroes on free rotation so they couldnt be purchased and they had to be purchased after the free rotation changed, nobody was able to purchase the entire roster because the entire roster wasnt available to purchase on this free rotation until now.

As for the relics, I also purchased Tome and Rod last rotation and they remained purchased so not sure what to tell you but I detect a hint of exaggeration as ALL of the gift codes they have provided us so far do not contain enough crystals to purchase everything in the game nor did the game allow us to purchase everything.

I had purchased the ENTIRE ROSTER (3 characters from battlepass) and I had purchased the meta treasures, I have had my entire treasure list reset and I have to purchase all of them again, and half of the heroes that I had purchased were re-locked this has nothing to do with me having "free rotation" characters unlocked. I have played for weeks long before the rotation system. I did not lose everything that I had unlocked, but I have lost a lot of it.


Characters that I had to re-purchase, or do not have enough red gems to re-purchase as of current: Tiger Shooter, Demon Shadow, Naga Queen, Venom Dragonier, Tribe Warrior, Astral Mage, and Two-Headed Mage

Treasures that I had to re-purchase, or do not have red gems to re-purchase as of current: Divine Patron Rod, Mysticism Tome, Book of Heritage, Bloodstone, Magical Poker, Explorer's Pickaxe, Study Notes, Greedy Pirate Hat, Treasure Compass, and Loot Chest

All of the aforementioned things stated I had already had purchased before. I have re-purchased some of them, but do not have near enough red gems to re-unlock everything that I had already had unlocked. I lost all of the treasures that I had purchased, not some of them, all of them, and I had lost a lot of the roster

If you're saying that some of the items that were previously unlocked/available are now locked and require resources to unlock, then yes, that's correct.

But as others have replied to you, you didn't previously purchase those items. They were unlocked to everybody by default. Since the last update, they have become locked. So it feels like we lost items we unlocked, but the truth is we actually never unlocked them - they were just freely available and now they're not.

I too played with all these treasures prior to the update, and I never purchased/unlocked any treasures before the update. These treasures were available to everyone.

Yes, I did purchase those items, especially Mysticism Tome and Patron Rod which were not by default unlocked, I remember explicity purchasing them as my first 2 treasures after watching content creators on youtube using them. I purchased bloodstone when seeing a convo with horsethief saying his try-hard starting relic is either bloodgem or random box. Out of the treasures that I had mentioned the only 3 that I think were in rotation prior were magical poker and book of heritage.

Okay, maybe we played different versions of the game. I had not unlocked any treasures, and two of the treasures I chose most often were Divine Patron's Rod and Bloodstone. They were definitely freely available to me. (I hadn't even thought to unlock treasures at that point - I'd only unlocked heroes.)

Sadly trying to help a brickwall, dude is adamant he purchased all the heroes despite 3 of them being on free rotation and NOT PURCHASABLE and 3 of them being attached to the battlepass which are also not purchasable. It is hard to help somebody when their "facts" are exaggerated

Fortunately we are 2 weeks from full release and there has been no monetary that could have been lost in this situation being that it is a demo. I'm just hoping that in the full version "progress" through unlockables is not potentially able to be lost. If I knew how to reset my demo account I would, as the limited resources available being spent twice is a giant hinderance

Indeed you did mention the 3 BP characters and I brought it up again because they are 3 characters not purchasable JUST LIKE the 3 characters that were on a free rotation and were not purchasable as I read it you were only acknowledging the BP characters and not the free rotation characters.

Dont think you can reset the demo account only make a new steam account to play I guess, if this was money purchased items in the game then their would be a big issue but its all free in the demo, discord is the best place to query something being a miss
