As for not finding the bomb in Paz's vagina, consider the original bomb: Paz was cut open and her organ's were pushed aside and the bomb was placed neatly in between them. The vaginal system is enclosed (just like your other organs), so unless someone checked her in there beforehand, they wouldn't just see the bomb by cutting open her stomach. When a surgeon performs surgery, they usually see the organs. The don't see inside the organs themselves.

cutting the cervix and removing the uterus can allow for anything to be inserted really. although the victim would surely die they wouldnt die straight away and paz was only needed to be kept alive for under 24hrs.

in some of the tapes you can hear one of the guys say hes removed organs she doesnt need to make room for the bomb while keeping her alive for the time needed.

this has been done before by some serial killer irl who taped his murders. only difference is that it wasnt a bomb but a 3L bottle that he wanted to fill up with his urine.

and if the bomb was to big to fit then they could have just given her an episiotomy.
