Cassette Tapes stuck on 18/19

I completed the game 100%. I have all Chico tapes and all music tapes, but in "Record" menu I can see that I acquired 18 tapes out of 19.
Why? Am I missing something?

Got Both Tapes from the Tape Aquisition mission?

Edit: You mention complete 100% I suggest you check youtube video to see which cassette you are missing.

I have the same problem but my completion shows at 92% I got all achievements and beat every missions both normal and hard but still get no 100% any help ?

I think you need to finish all trials,like unlocking all doors, destroying towers, etc, if I'm not mistaken.

Same here =\ stuck on 18/19, and got the achievement + 100% completion done

In both Deja Vu and Jamais Vu there's one tape on the rock near the cave LZ. They're different tapes, albeit at the same place. See if you got the tape in both of those missions.

Beat all the missions on Hard.

I beat all the mission on hard and normal (I got S rank in both)
I unlocked all the trials
I took both tapes in the Tape Acquisition Mission
I took both tapes in deja vu and jamais vu
I have all 7 Chico tapes

For me I had to get the tape in Jamais vu again for some reason. I swear I had it but turns out I didn't.

Well i tried to get them again for a second time :\ and because i actually have them they are not there.

I have all 7 chico tapes, jamais vu and deja vu tapes, both agent recordings tapes, ground zeroes tape, and zoe: 2nd runner tape, and i even have the information achievement but for some reason in my play records it says i'm missing one tape =\

I actually got courious and checked mine as well, im at 18/19 also but I have all the achievments and 100% completion. I did some research and its a known issue, it may have something to do with the Phantom Pain or its some super secret or just a glitch, either way it doesn't effect the game, its just annoyingly there... also I'm at 110/110 so I'm missing like nothing
