Metal Gear Solid 2 had the best soundtrack for me from all the games. Especially the tracks Norihiko Hibino composed. I didn't pay much attention to Harry Gregson-Williams at the time.
I just find the jazzy lounge ambient music with D&B infused to be better than the movie like music Gregson did.

Well, the part of the piano music when he's checking her neck is playing in my head all the time. It's so short, but really awesome melody :) It makes the scene so emotional as he's checking her neck and she's breathing and camera gets close to her and this music plays.
