Medic
In the outro cinematic, Medic who performes the surgery on Paz is newer shown. They clearly do everything not to show his face. Furthermore he is voiced by Sutherland as well. Ishmael and is some kind of Big Boss's mental projection?

He's definitely Ishamel. You can see the Medic's face took the full blast of the bomb which probably left him with all those bandages on his face.

If you play the demo correctly there's a "bug" in VR. It says something about Jaeger (Frank Jaeger aka Gray Fox). Screen starts flickering etc. Look how "Big Boss" is totally uninformed in Ground Zeroes. He should know that Paz was a traitor and that Kaz knew and orchestrated everything all along. Ground Zeroes is a VR simulation of past events played by some one else, probably Frank Jaeger. My brain hurts, but it's Kojima. My guess is that WE ARE BEING PLAYED LIKE A DAMN FIDDLE
