Concerns for MGSV:GZ App.

So. I know theres an app for this game where you connect your Pad or Device to the internet and you can use it as your IDROID. It's been advertised around the website as something you could do.

But, I don't see PC being available, or PC being a thing you can use to connect the IDROID to. I'll probably update this later with information regarding the APP itself to see if it can connect othe PC or not.

EDIT: Confirmed, using the IDROID doesn't allow you to connect to the PC. Shame. :/

It's an extra feature that seems like it'd be fun to use, It doesn't have to have functionality. Besides, You can use it as a separate screen instead of bringing up the IDROID all the time to see where landmarks are and junk.

I know there are other threads about this issue, but I want to say that I would also like to be able to use the Companion App with the PC version. I don't have the game yet and I don't plan to buy it before Phantom Pain, but this feature is very important to me.

I always use the app with the PS3 version of the game. Of course, you don't really need it after numerous playthrough, but it's always useful when you want to keep track of enemies.

I really hope Konami will bring the Companion App and PC version of GZ and PP together.
