Taskbar is stuck on my screen. Any ideas?

I'm in fullscreen now and yet the taskbar stays on my screen. Same thing with Borderless Window. If I switch settings it disappears for half a second then comes right back.

Should also note I'm using 3 Monitors. Not in surround, I just use one for gaming.

Well, I figured it out. For whatever reason DisplayFusion was causing a conflict. Asus GPU tweak also seems to crash when playing this game!

I was having the exact same issue (and same setup - 3 monitors and vertical toolbar). The problem seemed to be the vertical toolbar. I moved the toolbar to be horizontal at the bottom and then fullscreen worked just fine.

On Windows 8.1 w/Radeon HD 7950; I don't use DisplayFusion or anything like that.
