Just to be clear since I don't see anybody outright saying it, the PC version doesn't have either the Deja Vu (sony consoles exclusive mission) nor the Jamais Vu (microsoft exclusive) ?

I understand the concept of "exclusivity", but for many games we end up getting this extra perks as a way to make up for the delay of a PC port. From what I know not having any of them is not that much of a loss, but still. I just wanna know for sure.

You need to get all the XOF badges

PC Gamer review states that those are in, but you need to unlock them. I see no reason for the reviewer to lie about something he himself considers an easter egg.

there are achievements listed for both missions so they are there

It does have them. You need to collect the XOF patches to unlock them, just like in the console versions.

i found one XOF badge (randomly)...go to the cactus at the beginning of the mission. lie down around it, and somersault left - then to the right.
And you will see a small video...then will appear a badge, need to pick up it.

You can do that anywhere. You only need to lie down and roll for a couple of seconds, doesn't matter if you remain on the same spot because of a wall
