If you have a Windows N edition,the game could not lauch

Just like me.

That is weirf but if you have a Windows 7 N or Windows 8 N,you maybe couldn't lauch the game.

To fix that,it seems you have to download and install it.

Hi, i have the same probleme, this foxed the problem for you ? I downloaded the w7 pack but it says that it's not for my computer.... but i have w7 N edition xD

Yes it fixed all right.

You have downloaded the wrong file I guess,There is two files,one is good and one is not good (I downloaded the two files).

So download the other file ;)

There are two files when you choose "download".

Windows6.1-KB968211-x64-RefreshPkg.msu
Windows6.1-KB968211-x86-RefreshPkg.msu

Logic want me to say that the first one is for 64 bits windows and the other for 32 bits.

Well,just look the file you downloaded and then downloaded the other one.

Ty for answering. I downloaded the 2 files and none works. I guess i have another problem that block the installation. From what i read it's connected with impossible media player installation problem, and indeed if i try to instal media player it detects that i have a later version of it, but actually i don't have it at all ^^' The ppl that have met this issue fixed it with clean windows réinstal and telephonic activation of their windows version.... so i guess i'll just drop this for a while :/

I have Windows 8.1 Pro N and no problems. Not all N versions apparently.

That's solved ! I tried multiple time to use the files for media pack, unsuccessfully, then i tried to instal media player from direct program file, unsuccessfully, then i looked into activation/disactivation of windows funtionality and i have seen a media part in wich there was media center and media stuff that i should no have due to my N version oO
I desactivated it, restarted, activated it again. Then i used dll suite (pro version) to fix dll error just in case (i was mad to me not beeing able to fix that ♥♥♥♥ so i was trying basically everything XD), then i updated my drivers, dloaded all vcredit (2005 to 2013), checked dx and instal a certain number of visual c++ redistribuable version and finally i installed sdk for windows ( http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8279 ). I deleted the game, installed it again, and by the big mystic chances of holy mother of god, it worked !

I was like : O_O omfg yeah baby XD
