How to roll with keyboard?

To get one of the XOF patches you need to roll while laying down, but idk how to do it with keyboard

On default controls, crouch then hold shift and right click while moving left or right.

its the most complicated key pressing ...really pain but i did it

You press SHIFT while aiming and moving either left or right. Pressing shift triggers the roll. You have to do it about 10 times (I think) to trigger the cutscene.
If you want easy headshots,stick with the mouse and keyboard. If you want easy rolling and menu navigation,shell out some money for an xbox 360 controller.

Can someone exlpain to me how rolling is hard with PC Controls? It's pretty easy for me.

Could only get Snake to roll using mouse and keyboard when doing the following: Right Click the mouse (and HOLD) to aim your firearm while moving either left or right by HOLDING the "A" or "D" keys. Then TAP the shift key to roll. In other words if you don't hold down the shift key, you'll get the desired roll effect using mouse and keyboard.
