I am hoping that is the last thing I need to take me from 98% to fully complete and unlock the last acheivement.
edit : One thing, I have only unlocked the trials. I haven't registered a time for them, such as running through to get a time on say 'Fastest Nuetralisation of All Targets'. Not sure whether this 'cheive needs you to actually do them or just unlock them.
edit 2 : Just seen that I have 2 locked trials on the Eliminate the Renegade Threat mission. Which is odd as I have the 'S' rank so dunno why it hasn't registered a 'Fastest Time to Complete'.
edit 3 : Just ran through the EtRT mission again and posted a time for 'Fastest Time to Complete'. Did that and I got the final acheivement. 99% complete now.
Some game this was, I dont want to see this Trials BS in The Phantom Pain
That's pretty much all there is too it.
Small necro, but this is bugging me. I see a lot of people saying the way to get the achievement is:
Play all missions on normal, play all missions again marking all targets, play all missions on hard, play all missions on hard again.
My question is: why? Why that specific order is the thing that unlocks the achievement? What happens if I play it out of order, or play normal hard normal hard? oO
Do I need to mark all enemies on all missions, and why?
The first trial on normal missions is "mark all enemies" to unlock next trial, thats why.
I see. And the dual completion of the same mission on Hard in a row, what's that for?
about to do this myself (the extra hard completions for trials) but my understanding is:
once on hard unlocks 'fastest completion time' trial
second time completes the 'fastest completion time' trial which unlocks further trials
i've also read you need to S rank the hard missions to unlock final trials, but not sure of that.
Oooh, so it doesn't really need to be in a row, only done on Hard twice.

Hope it helps.
