Red/Blue lines/circles on game screen

These Red lines appear usually around dark colors/rain/night. When i went indoors with lighting, it didn't show that much. And the blue appeared around the clouds in the sky during daytime. I checked some other places and it said something about nvidia options, but i don't have nvidia installed, and it won't let me. I have windows 8.1 and had not had this problem with any other games.

I FIGURED IT OUT MYSELF. Just in case anyone needs this info: I'm using an Intel computer. Simply right-click on desktop background and open up graphics properties. Click 3D, and under general settings click custom. Once there, turn off anti-aliasing, apply, and done! Now the lines are gone, and there are no further problems.

Good! glad I wrote answer. Hopefully you didnt pay too much for this game, as the full game is already released. It's still fun though

nah I experienced this on Insurgency, I just happened to stumble upon this thread when googling for this same problem.
