this is the additional mission called jamais-vu, there is an achievement for completing it so it should be in the game

Both console exclusive missions are in the PC version of the game.
(Deja Vu PS4) (Jamais Vu Xbox One)
You unlock them by finding all of the XOF patches in the main Ground Zeroes mission.

Both consoles also got both missions after an update.

(Although, the additional mission is not necessary for them to get the all mission complete achievement, whereas, it is for the PC)

I played both but I couldn't get all the trivia right for Deja Vu...

I'm sure most people cheat at least on some of the answers. Unless you want to go back and play MGS1 just to get the answers, some of which you have to get pretty far into the game to see, and by then, I don't know about you, but I would've forgotten most of the trivia by the time I finished the game anyways.
