Mcafee anti virus delete the game?

hello
can anyone help to fix this .. mcafee is deleting the game exe everytime i click on the game

A virus dropped into my system market by this game, only was was deleted I think.

i add the game to exclude in McAfee and it worked
its not a virus its a mistake from the anti virus
