HELP - Unable to complete second leg of foot of barga gor

Hi folks, hope you are all well. I have ran into a problem on the foot of barga gor second visit. I have completed all the objectives, defeated the Purity of light, got the ashwielders to follow me etc... However when I go back to my base to speak to Elder Zalrach, it says I need to assemble my party before I can continue. However, my party are all standing right next to him. Is there a fix to this? I have tried redoing the map differently but it ends with the same outcome. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
