My theory is that they realized too late how cheap it was compared to buying the three games separately
SO you are saving only 106$. It has nothing to do with "relized how cheap..". This is something else, and if they are pulling their hair for just 106$pesos difference well..
The Bundle is currently undergoing a heavy discount (81%), which puts its Argentinian price from 1519.97 pesos to 284.98 pesos, according to Steam DB.
The bundle includes three items, which means 94.99 pesos per item, which converts to roughly 0.42 USD. Unfortunately, Steam store does not support prices this low:
Q: Is there a limit to how deeply I can discount a game?
A: You can set a game discount up to 90% off the base price. However, the Steam store only supports a minimum unit sale of $0.49 USD or equivalent in each currency or region.

So, um… it seems Argentinian discounts are just too impressive to be displayed by the Steam Store.
Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done about this, once the discount is live. However, you should still be able to buy the individual items, which are also heavily discounted at the moment.
Once the discount is over, the bundle should reappear in the store.
