Hammer of the Smith haft not appearing with Barter 3

As the title says, I revisited Old Haalayash after getting Barter to lvl 3 but Edun Darrel doesn't have it in his inventory. Is there any way to reset his inventory or edit the save game?
This is the only artefact I'm missing in order to complete the quest. Kinda annoying
