journey mode hero classes

I decided to create a character in journey mode, but could not decide on the choice of class. Can you give your opinion on which character will be stronger in the late game?
The choice is between
2 skill trees : Combat Arts + Demonology
4 ability trees : Brutality + (Occultism / Warfare / Black magic / Assassination)

[Accidental Teamplay]

For the first option, there already exists a mercenary. It is a strong build though.

Can't comment much on the second option, but generally I wouldn't consider using Burning Blood skilltrees without the mod to unlock them fully, and even then, Leadership would have to be one of them.
