Reforced doesn't work

I have a problem, I was playing campaigns, I was halfway through. I took a break for 2 weeks, I come back and the game won't start. The button on the steam flashes and the game seems to shut down. What is strange is the legacy version working. I do not know what the problem is, I reinstalled the game several times. I've updated the drivers, verify files and nothing helps.
I also remember that I deleted the Users folder or something like that, It had over 100gb there and when I entered the folder it was empty.
Could it be a reason?

It's possible you deleted some important files by accident. Verifying SF3 Reforced should be enough but if that doesn't work, install Spellforce 3: Versus and then verify it.

If SpellForce 3 Reforced does not start, please check the following points:

1. please make sure "SpellForce 3 Versus Edition" is added to your libery and installed ( https://store.steampowered.com/app/1416260/SpellForce_3_Versus_Edition/ )
2. please make sure the game is started with admin permissions
3. please make sure the game is not blocked by any 3rd party apps like antivirus
4. please make sure the game is not blocked by any windows security settings
5. please make sure the game has the needed permission to read and write in your local "My Documents" folder
6. please make sure your "My Documents" folder is not overwritten/replaced by a cloud "onedrive" folder/app
7. Verify ALL your SF3 installations local files via steam.

3. I don't have antivirus
4. nothing pops out
5. that's only point i don't really know how to do it

Check your windows security settings and please do not skip any steps.

All verified, legacy works fine but reforced doesnt....bit of a headscratcher here. Nevermind didnt realise VE wasnt installed...my bad.

Do I need to install 90GB of game, which is 45 GB to make it work? Reforced is 45 and Versus is another 45.. what?

They're 45GB Together, they share over 90% of the files and installation location.

how do i know if it runs on admin rights? i mean it did run before and then it crashed and since then it wont start anymore. installed vs edition and verified both of the games
