Journey Campaign: Monster in "Sacred Duty" (The Beast in the Wasteland)

Did anyone kill the monster (The beast in the Wasteland) in Sacred Duty? I don't understand how you can do it - even with 4 heroes level 19, a treant and all the troops you can have it seems impossible. The monster creats troops without pause and it doesn't stop or loose focus at all...

It can be tough. I don't know if you can replicate it, but by some miracle, my bud and I got lucky and the boss got bugged on the far right path leading to the NPC base, it ran back and forth all game and wouldn't really attack, but it would heal. Maybe try running a unit past it and get it to go that way? In theory, you have all the time in the world to kill it, it's just a matter of getting that damage in.

I tried to kill it after finishing the main mission - but it keeps putting out smaller monsters without end and my troops or my heroes don't even get near, even my titan is killed of without any chance...

Are you using scrolls or anything like that? They can really make a difference especially with a bunch of troops around your hero. The smaller monsters you're talking about are healing totems if i'm not mistaken, which can be destroyed. Easier said than done ofc. Also have you tried spamming flying units?

The problem was that the main monster spams the two kind of smaller monsters, the one with the big sword and the other type who is healing and killing from distance. And on the small path there is no way to get around them to the main enemy before they kill all my forces. I couldn't try with flying units because I tried the monster hunt after the main mission and there is no lenya left - I spent nearly all for treants...

O. k. - There are different types of monster; I tried it again and this time the main monster was the type with the longsword and it was easy... Before it was the other kind who attacks from far and spams little monsters all the time...
