How to change the quick slots?

Hi there, how can i switch my abilities in the quick slot? In Tastatur is written hold shift and ctrl but its not working... Anyone knows how this works?

Click on the quick slot icon on the top left or press \. Or just check it in settings.

If you mean changing current 3 abilities to another set - ] and \ default.
If you mean changing what abilities are in slots themselves - open inventory and third tab from the left, next to ability tree. There you drag and drop which abilities you want to have on that quickslot.

the right three are consumables, top two are always health and focus. bottom one is what you put in the bottom of the character in the inventory screen (the powerful potions or buffs). the left three are your active powers, you can go to the spell book and change at will (by dragging from the left into the slot on the right).

One can only drag & drop spell from the spellbook NOT the spells-tree (where you level up).
And even there you can only drag to the RIGHT side but not the upper left side.

This is not intuitve at all.

You would think a simple drag and drop would be the logical and most user friendly design choice, but anyway...

And also why are there 6 Quickslots for each character, but only 3 Quickslot hotkeys for each character?

This is the most user unfriendly, illogical and over complicated QuickSlot design I have ever seen.

mana and hp potions are always in the quick slots, for the 3rd consumable you just equip the item. And both skills and consumables have hotkeys, you just hold shift to change them.

Nope. Holding shift doesnt change anything. It wont let me equip an orb of poison or assign it to a QuickSlot. It only lets me use it from the inventory.

Well it doesn't. The option to equip it is grayed out and it cannot be moved to any quickslot. I have tried holding Shift, CTRL and Alt when moving and selecting it, neither of which works and there doesn't appear to be any other clues as to what key it could be in the Controls List.

Okay, Ive figured it out. It depends on the character you have selected. Some characters are too retarded to equip a grenade, but the game fails to let you know that. Make sure you have an non-retarded character selected and then click on the grenade with the RIGHT MOUSE button. That will cause the grenade to become equipped by the character and it will also show up in the QuickSlot.
