please Nerf Tower Defense Early On And By A Lot
Defense Is Very Strong in this game and there's no way to rush , people rush to the middle without thinking put towers everywhere knowing there's no early units that can do damage to building and if you're the aggressive you'll loose , after many games i find there's no way to win but to play defensive everywhere and spam tower , i don't like this at all , it's strategy game and it must have many options .

early fix give us a unit who can do 2x or 3x the damage vs building or make tower cost a lot more stone and reduce their health point by 50% .

and Monitor the situation after the fix .

That's so planned. SpellForce 3 is no rush game. You win with resource and unit management. With T3 Units buildings are no problem.

i do hope not , if so , i feel sad for the game .

i wanna play an rts where strategy is involved not take elves and go elven tower in the old background knowing my openenet can't do ♥♥♥♥ he can't flank me he can't rush the tower and he cannot destroy building , yeah great strategy game with 1 option <3 ......

If you play Elves and upgrade your outpost to a Tower of Elen you can easily defend a sector early game and ... well, don't get anything from it. Elven outposts don't start with any workers, so in case your enemy upgrades his outpost to a tower you know that this sector won't do him any good - you eventually harm your own economy if you play to defensively.

So I disagree: Yes, Elves do have a strong defense early game but at a very high cost, namely not having any workers to anything with a sector aside from just having it. So there are strategies to deal with this, e.g. namely to boost your own economy and to get to T2 where you have siege weapons. Humans can also upgrade their basic melee unit to do siege damage at T2.

You can't rush this game like Warcraft 3 for example, but that doesn't mean that there aren't any strategies.

I like that you can be more defensive if you want to. Too many RTS games nerf defenses into garbage not worth building half the time. I am biased as a turtle style player, but it's refreshing.

Plus original SF had some tower defense-y style missions, where you had to defend yourself from attacks before you could build up and strike back.

Alot RTS players have enough of this Rush nonsense from Starcraft2.
A lot people would like to play a game, that is not desigened to end after 1 or3 minutes.

But did you buy the right units to attack ? Humans for example have this Arsonist, that's literally a tier 1 pyromaniac Molotov cocktail throwers, did manage to burn down even heavy fortified villages with that dudes.

and one important thing, you have to put there workers, so it does already limit them,
they cost a lot of wood and you have here a lot of roads to attack on other locations.

There is no good way to attack defensive structures T1 or T2. T3 Ballistas need tons of stone and it is hard to attack buildings when the defender can bring there army in time.

Heroes could help with some abilities. Have not tried out how this plays out.

That's odd, i did put 2 tower level 2 and enemies easy destoryed it in beta in first map if anything I think tower need buff little bit.

Consider that you can lose within 5 minutes of the game, that's pretty much on par with any rush.

Considering that I'm able to win games in under 5 minutes by rushing I'd say you're wrong. Also there are catapults and other siege weaponry + heroes that can destroy said towers from distance.

Please don't listen to the OP. Towers are already weak AF. If anything, I wouldn't mind siege units getting a speed nerf due to the current pathing issues, where no matter how fast of the units you sent after them, they just slow down to a walk so the siege unit can just kite you all day.
