Report a translation problem
The RPG parts sure, because it is intended for just the 'group' to handle.
The RTS, is going to be difficult or even impossible since some quests might even require you building a base to advance or just make it (far more) easier in the long run. Some quests do require you take over a sector to get acces to a specific building. Taking control of the sector will allow you to use the special building in it. So some scripts do come into play.
So far we've only had skirmishes and 1 campaign mission in the beta, so we don't know it is going to turn out for that. I do think the campaign mission does give you a good idea/impression on what to expect from the entire game.
