Hello, do you guys have some experience with cross play between steam and GOG? My friend has this game on GOG. Can we play together if I buy it here on steam?

I agree. I played a few maps in the campaing with someone who bought the game from GOG (me from steam). It works perfectly.

well doesnt work for me and a friend. when I try to join him it says: "game server version is too old.". We both have v1.39 buuut no joining...

Strange we did it multiple times. What are the systems you and your friend play on (Steam, GoG, Discord or Origin)? If one of you isn't a pirate you shouldn't have any issues.

i'm wondering if it can be played together on different consoles my friend has an xbox that he owns it on but i'm wanting to get it for my pc
