Total ability points question

Hello, I'm new to the game. I'm going to start a new game. I would like to prepare my builds and therefore know how many points of abilities we have in total (max level).

This might includes some spoilers be warned.

Max level is 50 every level up gives 1 ability point.Every 2 level ups gives 1 attribute point.Attributes scale up to max 10(+1 from items goes up to 12-13).You can get point both for attributes and ability points from potions.

The max points that I got was: ability 75,attributes 49 but at level 50 and had all potions use by my main character.This games intended level is by finisch 25-29.
