Can someone tell me if there is one yet? Even a mod of this?
Also when will this game have a workshop available?
What I want is something similar to starcraft 2 cortex roleplay or warcraft 3 rp maps/modes.

Well if you mean something like a „Free Game Mode“ like the classic games of SpellForce 1 and SpellForce 2, then i have to disappoint you because of no native solution, but we have some mod-maps that come quite close to it.
