Is this a good campaign co-op game?
Something worth picking up to play with the girlfriend?

unique...in a sense but you control parts of the game in the campaign like you'll be in charge of the army she'll be incharge of the heroes for example.....its better to get something else tbh like divinity 2

We are just starting out NWN EE but the game didn't age very well (I really wish they would re-make NWN 2, it's a far superior game). And yeah, I'm waiting for Divinity 2 to come down in price. Divinity Original Sin was...just too goofy and disorganized to get into. The humor was awful and totally broke immersion and the world itself just seemed like a mishmash of fantasy ideas with nothing binding it all together.

true that. divinity 2 is fun on that end. you could also try for the king (not much of a story) but its a fun dice roll game.

The Campaign "Coop Mode " is more a "Support Mode" where you can share your tasks and controlls with others. But we offer real Coop maps for ther MP Mode:

considering the current discount it's really worth the buy.

Co-Op in SpellForce 3 gives you multiple options: You can split off Hero and RTS control, but you can also control different characters of your hero party. You can also have something like production-control on one player and army control on the other player. It's all up to you!

Hope that you have lots of fun if you do try it out!

Greetings

That's actually pretty cool. One of my favorite games from back in the day, Haegemonia, worked like that. Bought 2 copies already, looking forward to playing it :)

Hi, we are trying to play co-op and when it go to the character creation screen, in Beginnings of a Journey, there is a message, please wait host creating character, then when the host clicks accept, the game starts? I don't get to create a character, as well? I guess what I am asking is: in campaign co-op should we both get to create a character?

Only the Host-Player gets an own character and all progress. Every other player only gets to support him with taking over some tasks. You never have an own personal hero in this game as player 2-3.
