You missed quite a lot of sales + I really recommend buying the loyalty pack, 40% discount for both games is pretty good.

I recently bought it for 20 euro, which I think is a good deal for the base game. Summer sale probably is the same or similar. Might be a good idea to buy the standalone expansion first though, it seems like it is an improvement over the base game (though your mileage may vary).

, in terms of content it is (think of something like 40 hours for the base game and 20-25 hours of the expansion from what I have read (with some replayability), and than extra hours if you also do multiplayer or skirmish). I would say buy it and if you don't like the first <2 hours, refund it.
