Where does one use the Wyvern Wing, Great Arachnid Fang and Great bearclaw?

I'm guessing they are all related to some shrine of elen, but I have no idea where to offer it. Do I offer them at the empty shrine in Farlorn or somewhere else?

You probably completed this a couple of years ago but if anyone else stumbles across this like i dis, the totem is near the hunter's tent, in the area where the wyvern is.
