Katras or Kiroy?

Idk, the Falcons seem like a bunch of stuckup pricks and Katras seems downright likeable, but it's always the fun ones that stab you in the back...

I'll probably explore both options just to see how I feel about them.

I went falcons first time but I'll switch to deathmen 2nd time. Who would you rather have after all, a bunch of wimps that got overrun or the death squad that have experience?

Hmm a bunch of mercenaries with an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ leader vs THE Iron Falcons, the best paladin order with the best fashion on their champions, that are actively preventing the come back of the Fial Darg, literally immortal demons which would destroy the world.. But they also have an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ leader.

Well when you say it like that, the deathmen seem like the best thing since sliced bread.

Its not like deathmen are much help there, they're getting their ass kicked as much as the falcons if not more.

When talking about leaders only, Katras is kinda likeable, his character is really unique for a dark elf. Every Dank Elf just goes "Honor and Death" only while this guy is just a total d*ck and he's completely honest about it. But Kiroy opens up later in the game and is good enough too I guess.
