Does anyone know where to find him? i have the human and orcish but can't find the elven and thus i can't buy the blueprints to upgrade elven buildings -.-

Is it the one in the center of everlight?

Or the one at refugee quest maybe (the one that's buggy and can die if you don't wipe off the enemy before talking to Iskander commander)

Im not sure if this is the right one but i just found and Architect called Nilas who im pretty sure my character said was adapt in Elven builings, in the Old Monastery. Iv invited him back to the base. I'll update once i get back to confirm if it is the Elven Architect.

Next to the innkeepr in Everlight, there is Villan or something like that. Get close, he will call you and start quest.

Update: I went back to Everlight to get the guy you were talking about @lstasior. however the closest i found was Vilron the Elven blacksmith.

well it's not the blacksmith, it's the one called nilas you have it seems as he sells building blueprints this monestary i haven't yet found is this after the stones have been gathered?

yes it was opened a little time after i collected the stones, it's a sub map of Old-Haalayash
