Anyone know what to do with this dude? i found the letter involving him but it didn't help me to understand what i can do to interact with him is he just supposed to be useless or what?

You need to buy a Perfume bottle from a vendor in town forgot which one, it cost 10k and is a gold Quest item. If you have that and interact with him he will attack you and you get some loots.

Nevermind i tried it again and it worked :D must have done something wrong :P bought the perfume before even entering the sewers :D
