The Elixir quest still bugged
So after last patches it appeared in my quest log. But. Previously I accidently clicked on the women who gave you the hair. But I didn't talk to her about it, just ended the conversation because I was doing something else.
Now when I went to her she doesn't have the hair option. She just says "Uh-oh" and the only option is <End>. And no, I can't really load before this quest because it was a few game hours before.

Which woman is this? I've been looking all over the bloody hair lol.
Never mind actually finally found her.. Still can't turn in the quest though so I assume its still bugged as I have thing need in my bag and I am just told to Sod of when talking with the quest giver.

I found that by dropping the hair and then picking it up you can actually progress with the quest. This might be because our save files are from the previous patch or the more likely thing that the Devs didn't fix properly like they claimed with the Refugees Quest on patch 1.05

The problem is, I don't have the hair because I ended conversation without asking the women for it. And the option to do so is gone.

Then this is a quest ending bug. Only thing i can suggest is to try and move her to reset her dialogue maybe, the same way did the anti-bug with Clara in Iskander Wilds to reset her dialogue for The Refugees quest

Please explain this bug-fix to me. How do I "move" the npc and reset her dialogue?

You move your characters into the NPC to physically move them out of position. This is what we did to Clara in Iskander Wilds, im surprised you didn't encounter that bug with Clara & The Refugees quest.
Hello there!

This issue should have been fixed with update 1.09. Can you confirm this?
VeraelHasta Dec 12, 2017 @ 7:58am
Yup, I was able to complete the quest.

Quest terminates without moving on to the "enter the mayor's house" if you are truthful about survival prospects with Rohesia. Is that intended, otherwise its a bug.
dkerensky Dec 20, 2017 @ 8:37pm
Well, I tried to do the quest. Actually, I was able to complete it. The problem is, after you get the quest, your game will crash when changing levels, except when entering the townhall to complete it. Have submitted a bugticket with details on steps I have done to reproduce the error.

For those of you who havent started this quest yet, I would suggest not going anywhere near Rohesia (located at portal southwest from fletcher vendor) because when she bark the "hlep me" thing you get the quest and you (can) get bugged. At least that is what I concluded with after repeatedly testing what conditions cause loadcrash. Amusingly, you can complete the quest if you got the ingredients, you just cant continue playing the game. So is the quest technically broken? :p

Sorry that Im necroing this but I've got the same bug now and haven't found a solution, the quest terminated after collecting all the ingredients and when I'm trying to give them to her my character just says " I'm on it" while having all the ingredients. Any solution?
Edit:
Forgot to add , I've done every quest in everlight including the refugees.

I found out by accident how to finish this quest, in the bottom right corner of the Map there is a Statue, when you click on it it summons a Boss who drops something you need (no Idea what it is though), after killing it, the Quest gets updated. This worked for me at least
