It's not entirely the same situation as guild 2 tho.
At least this one is playable. Give it some credit.
The game is playable, it stable on multiplayer and is quite fun. Its a done game at this point, and with its mixed review status and dedicated group of haters, its unlikely too much time or effort will be put into it.
I'm personally hoping the dev team that fixed this game uses what they have learned here and just make a similar game.
WITCHCRAFT!!
Got that POS off the players suggestion from these very forums. Big mistake.
Guild 3 is lacking in every conceivable way and also not what I would call acceptable or finished. Its BORING and fails to do itself justice.
But surpassing the guild 2? I'd rather have the game that actually f'ing works, thank you.
No comparison.
^^Anyhow, that is what I normally would have said.
I havent played some updates, and buggy/constant crashing sounds like its in the same ballpark of guild 2 and would be a worse state of the game than they were a year ago.
So they succeeded in making the same POS?
Either way... don't hold that other piece of crap G2 on some golden pedestal. It doesn't deserve it and is a low bar to meet.
I been trying to play every single day and it crashes when the seasons change or when I try to save.
Some maps actually got their own models for important buildings, while others like London, Paris and Vienna don't.
Vienna would even be really easy as they'd just have to edit one of the others, same goes to London which just needs an edited castle.
