what kind of modding can be done?

Im not a modder so I wanna ask what kind of modding can be done? Can there be complete game overhauls or transforming the npcs to something goofy. Maybe change the gameplay itself?

The Guild 2 had a very dedicated mod community that was active for years after release. I'm excited to see if they are still following the series and really look forward to what they may come up with to take this game from mediocre to great.

I'm hoping myself that they add faster game speed as a mod option, game too slow for MP for me and my friends :(

Possibility to split later jobs into early ingame-jobs and re-balance them, mercenary as an example.

You can it do yourself, you only have to make the famly member limit very high, that you will never reach it.

I have it done with my personal mod and increased the cap to 20000 family members.

How about the one where you could send someone to court for you, I find it clunky and annoying so I have just started adopting.
