Hello, is there a way to set our store not to sell to others and our transporters to just get raw materials from our own shops ?

Hello Starbuck,
others cannot buy from your businesses unless you add items to your front store. Other than that you can control how much items of your business your transporters can grab by setting them in the storage rules.
Best is usually to have a storage barn, which acts like a market that offers everything for free.
