Employee stats of Barber, Hospital, etc..

It specifically mentions in the attributes screen that Dexterity + Intelligence increases the productivity of your workers while creating something, but what about service tasks of the businesses?

Should I go Charisma + Intelligence for a Barber who cuts hair? If so, what kind of bonus does it provide?

I bet charisma is helpful but there seems to be no proof ingame. I'm sure it is good for your reputation in the district. Intelligence helps the productivity and xp gain so should be always a good choice.

Charisma boosts your trading attribute, too. Not sure if this counts for service tasks though.

Charisma doesn't seem useful for workers to me.

I think it might (might) benefit preacher since he goes around preaching and people come to listen to him.

However for business services like barber, inn and hospital charisma seems useless. Since if customers get services you get +1 to popularity, but if they didn't get services in time you get -1 popularity.
I try with charisma 1 worker and another charisma 8 employee. Both get the same popularity, no more no less.

Furthermore stats like Agility and Intelligent are useless for service workers like Priest, barber and such. They do benefit when they produce products, but not giving services.
Like if Product need 40 second to produce and you got barber to produce soap, the production time can be reduce below 20 seconds.
However when the same worker go do service work, the time require for service always remain constant. (Can't remember is it 45 seconds or 55 seconds).

PS. What does customer satisfaction upgrade do anyway? Do they make people come to your shop more often? Isn't customers coming to your shop due too your popularity?????

For your transporter, charisma do benefit him a bit.

Stately garb : +4 charisma and +5 bonus bargaining.

4 charisma increase my bonus bargaining by only 1.
From my test on "Rose water" I would say roughly 2 bonus bargaining will raise my profit by 1%.
That would mean for every 8 points in charisma will raise my profit by 1%.

You should invest in charisma for transporter but don't expect anything from it since 8 level up will give you only 1% extra profit (so lowwwwwwww)

thanks for your intel, so atm we can just don't care for skilled workers for service tasks.

BTW the smuggler actions do not benefit from any stats.. ^^

I think Int would be the best upgrade.
Charisma??? don't see benefit
Agi increase production and running speed(very little though)
Int Increase production and experience gain (increase your level faster so a good thing)
Percept well, working in your shop so don't seems necessary to look out for thief
Str, Need no macho barber -_-
