How to sell buildings/bussinesses?

I exceded my bussiness limit but i can't get rid of ones with less profits via family trade. How can I sell my bussinesses or houses? Is only option demolishing them?

Selling seems not to be possible right now, i was surprised as well. Only destroy is possible sadly.

Besides demolishing a building you should be able to sell your business building via dynastic trade to another family. Only if the target-family has reached its upper building limit than the trade will fail (maybe this was the case?).

Yes i can't trade because target-family reached its upper building limit and only option besides trading is demolishing.

Also a reddit user named Dabel928 (thank you too btw) suggested something. If you can't trade your bussiness because of target-family's bussiness limit, you can demolish or capture one of their buildings.

If you demolish one of their building, it's clear, they can trade with you.
If you capture one of their building and if you also reached your upper limit, the building goes to public (people without families) and you can trade your bussiness to the family who just lost their bussiness.
