How do you set Business to AI auto manage?
It use to be in the game. What happen to it? I hate this micromanaging thing.

I think you click on AI Automation under their portrait. It looks like a play button.

I was hoping that it will be for the whole building like it can automatically order supplies, send carts out and automatically ugrade the building. Also, automatically hire workers. Looks like they took that feature out.

Hi,
we reworked tha automation of a building to only handle the production and supply line. if you decide to set all your employees and transporters to automation they will always produce the item they deem the most valuable.

We decided against having a full automation for the whole business since it kind of works against the economy management part of the Guild gameplay. We feel that this strikes a good balance that you have the possibility to let the AI handle your production and supply lines but if you want to optimize your business you will have to do some management.

That is fine with me! I do not mind micromanaging but once you get a lot of bussinesses, it can be daunting to manage it all :D. I tend to stick with a few bussiness and leave 1 or 2 to automation.

This is very daunting. I have many employees. This is over and over - he died - he has a level up - he died - he has a level up ... that's very annoying.

I agree with the developer's judgment here. Also, in the Guild 2 item production in businesses was a little slower and more manageable than the alpha stages of this game have been, and Guild 2 was clearly inclined to having constant hands on management as a serious option for the player. It should be the same here. Thanks for this change.

Hopefully, with the newly added mod support, someone can create a mod that makes this possible again. Doesn't sound too complicated, although, I have no clue what it would take to create such a mod personally.
