Are There Cheat Codes or Console Commands?

No cheat code. But very little common sense of data type included Computer science, And very little effort to use cheat engine, then you can cheating almost everything at this game.
What i found that can modified by cheat engine:

cash - influence - character exp - character stat - building inventory - building buff of addon (satisfaction, Worker number, productivity , illness resist,ETC ) - building and henchman limited number - ETC(not on the list is actually hard to finding, My even ssd filled up as virtual memory before find)

I can do all of that with cheat engine except building inventory (if i want to duplicate items there or fill stacks). So do you have a tip for me please ?
