does it matter which story fragment i do? like which order

im not sure if theres an order i should follow with the story fragments im just doing random ones
i do q-team first, d-team second and c-team last i pick the same fragment for all the teams and after i do all 3 teams i pick different random frag an do 1 team after another
currently i did 3 frag for each team

It only matters for the executions at the beginning of the game. You want to do those in a certain order to get all teams alive and then to get each team executed.

It doesn't matter. Lorewise characters are put to sleep after each fragment and their memory of any previous wake ups is lost, so you are free to do them in any order.

At some point you just need to be sure to get all outcomes from voting scenes (there are 4 outcomes - all alive and each for C, D and Q team voted out) and you won't see them all if you don't know what you are doing during votings and won't specifically go to get them all.
