I am a special kind of stuck in this game... [Spoilers, but a request for help]

[NO LONGER SOLICITING HELP. FIGURED IT OUT. THANKS ANYWAY]

I'm not stuck on any particular puzzle room. If steam achievements are to be believed, I've finished all of them. I'm instead stuck on the flowchart. Every possible path in front of me has been locked, either by information I do not know, or by a literal lock on the flowchart screen. I am hesitant to actually look up any of the solutions to these problems because, given the way this game is structured narratively, I may accidentally sequence break it by putting in information I don't know I'm not supposed to have yet. But I'm also not sure if I'm just... too dumb to remember a few scant bits of information that will unlock the paths ahead.

As is, this is where I am in the game. Spoilers incoming, but this is impossible to avoid:

- I have the three FORCE QUIT BOX fragments open, but no idea what to input for them. The only one I have even a clue about it the D team box (Mother's mementos) but only for one of the two things I need to input (I think one of them is LOCKET, but I don't know what the other nine letter word is)
- I have used the teleporter as D team, meaning there is a Diana and Sigma stuck in that room on a locked flowchart path, and a Diana and Sigma at the secret door in the shower room locked with an 8 digit password.
- I have gotten the special Q fragments, meaning I know what he really is, his real name, and the 8 digit number that Zero gives him that unlocks his head. I haven't been able to figure out where to input that number; I've tried on the secret shower room door and for the Q team FORCE QUIT BOX and neither has worked.
- I have Eric pointing the shotgun at Q after finding Mira dead in the pod room. I need to input "Who Killed Mira" but I have no idea what to put there. For the record, I have also gotten the fragment with Carlos, after getting attacked by the other Q, SHIFTing back into the timeline where Junpei was butchered in the pantry. Carlos said that he wanted to tell Q team to "investigate the family portrait" (which I assume is the one in the Pod room) but have no idea how to connect those two proverbial threads.
- I also have the three way standoff with Q team that leads to the crossbow ending. That section is supposed to have four different outcomes, but I've only been able to find three (Kill Eric, Kill Mira, Kill Nobody). I'm not even sure if that fourth one is important. At this point, it just bugs me not knowing what's there.

If some kind Samaritan can help me out of this block, I'd be very grateful. If you can do so with minimal spoilers, so I may still experience the story as intended, I'd be even more so. I just need a little nudge in the right direction; a hint I may have overlooked.

If you're referring to Q's "real name" that didn't work either. I still got blasted and game over'd. Interesting how Eric said "I knew it was you" in the cutscene, though, as though he know's who the name really belongs to.

And I was able to figure out how to advance on my own, actually. I had to let the timer on that decision run out. I didn't think to do that until just now.
