I'm Stuck? (Minor Spoiler)

So I just started the game, and I'm focusing on D-team (I like Phi/Sigma from VLR and so far the Junpei seems a lot more Jerk-y then I remember him from 999)
So I chose the Fragment that ended me up in the Transporter Room, and at the end of it I had to enter the clone/transporter thing to go to a different history and do a room that ended in a giant gold door asking for an 8 digit code. The Fragment i'm on is called Door Of Truth

I'm assuming this is a VLR type moment were I can't know how to porceed untill I find the code in another fragment, but I'm completely unable to leave this fragment, all others seem to be blocked off and if I try to switch to another team it just shows my choices as blank, I can't even go back to the start of the game.

Keep in mind this is the ONLY fragment i've done so far so preferebly no spoilers.

Welp immediatly figured it out as soon as I posted this (generally seems the case right?)
there was 2 fragments after this point but one of them didn't have the "new" icon on it, but if I clicked that there was a cinimatic then I was able to go to other fragments again.

also this part of the story totally reminds me of the movie The Prestige

Transporter is literally theworst one to start on LOL my friend immediately advised me to save it for last.

If you're trying to focus on a single team, don't. Try to take on the fragments of each team that sort of look similar instead - I mean, they're called fragments for a reason. ZTD is designed to be a fragmented story. Well, until the final stretch of the game anyway.

Ok I'm having similar issue that's driving me insane. Basically i got "locked" into the line of "Door of Truth", and without the password to the yellow door I cannot either proceed, or back out to complete other lines. Here's what it's look like now

As you can see, what I did was first doing all the fragments of C team, then progressed to D team. The only possible method which I got into this blocking situation is probably following an YouTube video to solve the Locker Room prior to this yellow door. The middle locker's lockpad had no hint so I was wondering how the video uploader knew the solution. But regardlessly this gotta be something seriously wrong with the game's logical flow.

And nope, restarting the game doesn't fix it, lol. So the only option I have is to furthe rmy sins by using the password to the yellow door... I am trying to avoid that because it's a hint from an ending that I have not reached... I swear this is some kind of regression from VLR because everything (including unlocks needed from alternate branches) were much clear in the previous game.....

Edit: Derp. thanks for the massive amount of confusion, spike chunsoft! Thanks for giving me no hint that I need to click that inconspicuous "!" at end of the Transporter room to "unstuck", but also thanks for not making me go watch a spoiler ending to get that damned password.

for anyone like myself who gets stuck here: in the global flowchart; right under the bubble with the transporter cinematic is another bubble with an exclamation point. its black. that is what you click on.
