I saved everyone and killed C team, but How do I get the other two when I got all the different choices scenes

Go back to the points where you choose which team to execute, and have the other two teams gang up on the candidate for execution. Your last choices for each are saved, so as long as you start from the Decision Point, you can go for the other two teams.

I've tried to jump back to the choices, but still get the same execution. If I wanted Q team execution, does that mean I need to go back and replay the d and c team choices?

Yes, you need replay D voting for Q and then play as C and vote Q too. It's better to watch cinematic until the end after you made choice, just to be on the safe side.

Finally I found the answer. Almost 20 hours in, completed almost everything, every escape and note and got stuck.
I still had only 1 execution completed.

Tried replaying and choosing different, but it didn't work and I just realised that in order to do a different vote you have to start from choice option, not from a already chosen team.
For example, you want to eliminate team Q - you go to chapter "decision", not "cinema"

Then it counts, and other teams get eliminated.

Hope that helps someone who's as dumb as me (tbh this game is dumb itself).
